To
preserve the architectural integrity and aesthetic values of the
Stoneridge subdivision. The Stoneridge Architectural Control
Committee (ACC) will
work with property owners, through a process of application, review and
enforcement, to ensure that any additions to the exteriors of
Stoneridge homes are fully in compliance with the Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions and Rules and Regulations of the Stoneridge
Subdivision and any required local authority statutes.

All exterior modifications to homes or landscaping need to be submitted
for review and approval by the ACC before work is accomplished.
This is in addition to any permits and approvals required by the county.
These controls are not to stifle your individual creativity, but rather
to assure the integrity of the original community design is preserved.
The Process for ACC consideration of your planned
improvements:
(1) The homeowner's completed Architectural/Landscape Submission Form
and a copy of a drawing illustrating
the proposed improvements shall be
sent via mail or fax to the HOA management company (2) which will then
immediately forward all paperwork to the ACC. (3) The ACC will
review the request and may schedule a site visit to clarify details of
the improvement plan. (4) The ACC will approve or disapprove the
plan and (5) notify the HOA management company of the
determination. (6) The HOA management company will mail the
homeowner an approval/disapproval letter. (7) If a plan is
disapproved by the ACC, the homeowner may appeal to the HOA Executive
Board.
This process, in most cases, should be completed within thirty (30)
days
from submission of all required paperwork so allow enough lead time
before your work is scheduled to begin.
